O que define o velho do novo - depende de você. Sua mente cria a felicidade ou a infelicidade - não importa quanto eu possa desejar um feliz ano novo - se você continuar a cultivar condições que resultem em experiências negativas ele pode não surgir tão feliz para você.
Toda experiência é gerada em nossas mentes.
Reconheça a natureza da mente e não haverá mais condições para infelicidade e sofrimento. Isso sim seria uma verdadeira causa de felicidade - algo a ser celebrado.

What defines the old from the new – its up to you. Your mind creates the happiness or the unhappiness – no matter how much I may wish youa happy new year – if you continue to cultivate conditions that result in negative experiences it may not appear so happy for you.
All experience is rooted in our minds
Recognize the nature of mind and there are no more conditions for unhappiness and suffering
Now wouldn’t that be real cause of happiness – something to celebrate.
